Bryanny Beauty Studio maintains the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our products will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Our policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
Send an email to info@bryannybeautyst.com with your order number and the refund request. We will then email you with the return ticket ID along with the return label and shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
After we receive the returned item, it takes between 3 and 5 business days to complete the return process. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The item MUST be received at Bryanny Beauty Studio WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from the date you received the order from Bryan Beauty Studio. Any item received after (TEN) 10 days from the shipping date will not be accepted for a refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and unused. Items that have been used and damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
